Something has changed in my ORP regarding ride comfort since delivery day. Initially I felt the same, but after almost 5k miles and reducing PSI from 50 to 33…it’s feeling real smooth now.
Just finished my install. This thread was very helpful, so thanks to AdFour and all those with tips! I did wind up removing all brake line bolts for added flexibility. Passenger side bracket a bit more of a pain & required more movement of the brake line. All in all…pretty easy install...

Nope, it seems this noise was present anytime the batteries were supplying power to the hybrid motor. From what I understand it's a dc to dc inverter...not for the ac outlet. The only time it went away was when the car came to a complete stop and appeared to cut off power to the hybrid motor...
