Can anyone recommend one of these MT64 kits for a lightly loaded setup? Minimal weight when daily driving but gets loaded down when going on trips/camping - fridge, tent, 4 people, and the rest of the camping equipment.

Not at all. I had the same concern as you since I'm out in the desert all the time. From what I am hearing, no one's had any issues with the rubbet feet/seals. I spoke with Corgrit, and they said they'd send replacement seals if they ever fail or break down...
