  1. Zekzoop Door Sill Protectors Install & Review

Yeah, I have a few nicks on the Xterra. Same thing, too old to repair and it started rusting out. The material is also more of a rubber than a plastic so better prone to scratches or dog nails from my boxer jumping up onto the seat. 😅
  2. USB-C Adapter Port Installed in Center Console

Can’t see why not, but the rear only support 3.0A at 5v. Wanted to take advantage of the full 45W. if I find that I’m missing out of the additional 45W port, I can always hardwire in the console plug.
  3. Zekzoop Door Sill Protectors Install & Review

Hey Guys, I just finished up a quick install and review of the Zekzoop Door Sill Protectors for the 6th Gen 4Runner. @Zekzoop reached out and sent me a set to test, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts after putting them on. Overall, the style and finish are great, the TPE material feels...
  4. Oil leak near rear wheels

When in doubt. Lick it. 🤣 The amount of things I’ve diagnosed by taste is surprisingly high. 😅
  5. Can you add an Auxiliary Alternator to the iForce MAX Hybrid?

pissed I didn’t do the upgrade in my OPR. Thought it could have been a simple upgrade later on.
  6. What did you do to your 6th Gen 4Runner today?? 👨🏻‍🔧 🧰 🛠

Congrats Tarekith, The waiting game was hard, but with it sitting in the driveway come this weekend, that list of mods will go fast.
  7. Can you add an Auxiliary Alternator to the iForce MAX Hybrid?

It wouldn’t be a question of wiring. That’s ’relatively’ easy to install with the right diagrams. If you go with the aux upgrade I believe they also include the alternator for when you run fridges and lights. The question is, does the stock EVU support an alternator if we were to choose to...
  8. Installed OEM Toyota locking console steel safe (myself)

Solid work dude. 🤙🏼 and glad to know Toyota hooked us up with a console safe. I throw too many things in the center console to use as a safe. Going to check out how my Vaultech fits under the seat.
  9. What did you do to your 6th Gen 4Runner today?? 👨🏻‍🔧 🧰 🛠

I have a few links to the equipment in this post. 🤙🏼 https://www.4runner6g.com/forum/threads/usb-c-adapter-port-installed-in-center-console.5839/
  10. What did you do to your 6th Gen 4Runner today?? 👨🏻‍🔧 🧰 🛠

Installed a USB-C in the center console.
  11. Exterior MOLLE Panels compatible with stock Trailhunter Roof Rack

I just picked up a set of awning mounts for the ARB. They might work for the panels. https://store.arbusa.com/base-rack-awning-bracket-1780240/ Going to test these out on the rack this week.
  12. USB-C Adapter Port Installed in Center Console

Thanks Chasing. I left a link above to the console organizer. High quality plastic and fits perfectly.
  13. USB-C Adapter Port Installed in Center Console

I spent some time this weekend adding what I thought was a missed opportunity to the center console, a USB C connection. Leveraging one of the existing ports on the middle console I wanted to be sure it looked clean and could be removed in the future. Pretty happy with how it turned out. 🔧...
  14. Deciding on full rack or 3/4 roof rack

Agreed on awnings. I just measured out for the ARB 8' and the 3/4" rack just is too small to handle it. I have a 5' Ironman that I'm pulling off my Xterra, but a 6' should be fine on the 3/4 racks.
  15. Deciding on full rack or 3/4 roof rack

I went with the ARB due to the sun roof. If I didn’t go sun roof it’s no comparison, full rack or nothing.
