I never got middle tray installed as its too low for my needs right now. I did give feedback to Cali Raised and they briefly discussed creating a Hybrid model with the screws higher to account for the Hybrid Batteries.

I have the middle tray but am waiting until we are stroller free to install. I agree it's a little tight with the raised cargo area due to hybrid batteries.

I didn't have rattling noise on install but I did have to retighten a couple of screws holding the top rack a couple of months later. Probably should have used Blue loctite like was suggested though.

No blocking of the rear, can see just fine (will try and post a pic later). For the overhead tray, both sides have a lip that fits in the molle along with 3 screws that mount to the side panels on each side so its really secure. When driving there is no rattle unless I am going over a big speed...

I paid $25 for my tint dealership to add PPF to my screen. It was a pre-cut piece that was in their computers already and was the best $25 I have spent on my 4R, was full of fingerprints previously but now it stays clean and fingerprint free!
