The Blue and the Dash is what actually sold my wife on the Platinum. We were fortunate enough to get ours within 3 months, but I am only aware of about 3 other ones in the State of Minnesota ... The Platinums are incredibly rare to find, the rarest trim by a wide margin.

Some Platinums have reported the issue and there are some TRD Pros as well. It’s a pretty universal issue for a period of production time.

Can you get something from the Seattle area and bring it back, or would that be a customs/import nightmare?

Unless you’re gonna make use of the full off-road capabilities of the pro, stick with the platinum. We have the platinum and love it. I mean, it’s pretty much the “luxury” 4Runner with all the extra features exclusive to it and is still off-road capable, but not to the extent of the TRD Pro...

It’s the rarest trim. We lucked out getting ours. Some of the dealerships we spoke to months ago still haven’t received a single allocation and they’re the largest volume dealers in the state.

Yea, even more reason to not expect discounts. I’m aware of a few dealers in certain markets where they have inventory of Non-Hybrid lower trims. If your dealer(s) struggle to maintain inventory, like most who barely even have a demo for test drives, they have no reason to negotiate.

Dealers won’t compete on prices outside of your market. They also will probably just tell you to buy it at the other dealer, and frankly if you have immediate access to another dealer with discounts, you should start there. to answer your question, be prepared to pay sticker and negotiate down...

Land Cruiser only comes in Hybrid.

Were installed a BlackVue 970X in ours next week. We’ve owned them in the past and have the same one in our other vehicle.

I believe the Land Cruiser one will also fit, but says “TOYOTA” across the front instead of TRD, which I personally think looks better anyways.
