Agree with point #1 Didn't see this listed for #2 but I believe if you hold the volume button down for a few second the screen goes dark.

Hi skuds123 -lots of post on this subject. I had the same problem two days after buying the 4R. Here's a video shot by the Toyota tech that resolved the issue. Take it to the dealer show them the video and have them fix it. C/G
