  1. RRW 17” 25mm Offset with 33” AT4W tires - rub on stock suspension?

I’m going through this process right now. I ordered some -12 offset wheels because I installed the Rough Country fender flares which are about 2” wider than SR5 stock fender flares and about .75~1” wider than TRD flares. The -12 offset looks like it will be perfectly flush with the new flares so...
  2. Suspension question - Dobinsons suspension package or wait for Bilstein shocks?

Were you responding to me or to the original poster? I didn’t use chat GPT so I’m assuming the original poster?
  3. Suspension question - Dobinsons suspension package or wait for Bilstein shocks?

I have a couple questions for this thread. I’m wanting to level my 6th gen primarily to get a little more clearance for all terrain tires. I bought the rough country leveling kit but after doing more research it seems like adjustable struts are the better option if I’m going off road. The...
  4. Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

Are you able to fit a full size spare underneath with that tire size?
  5. STICKERFAB Tail Light Overlay Installation with Pics and Video

I’m pretty sure I got the dark smoke LX+.
  6. Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

Yeah that makes sense. I’m still running the stock rims and tires with the RC flares and it looks terrible. I wanted the gloss black color to replace the stock matte black. Im not a fan of the matte. So I’m adding the new rims and tires for looks and the added off road traction is just a bonus...
  7. Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

to avoid rubbing or why do you recommend that? I’m about to buy new rims and tires and am not terribly familiar with offset so feel free to explain. I’m probably just going to take it to a good off-road shop and have them recommend a set up.
  8. Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

So the TRD Pro flares are only .75” wider than the SR5 flares? Good to know. I found this info about tire size in a review on RC’s website. Might be helpful if deciding on which flares to buy: “Bought these for my 2025 4runner trd off road. Fit was perfect. No gaps. Changed wheels to 20x9...
  9. Puddle lights installed (Trailhunter projection light)

Yeah I ordered them from the Hansshow website where they advertised a front and rear set so I was assuming it would actually be a front and rear, not just two sets of front. Oh well. Now I have a replacement if my fronts burn out.
  10. Air Dam Removal - Did You or Not?

I took mine off when I installed the Rival skid plates. I cut a piece of the air dam to attach just to give a little protection from rocks and debris. I’m working on an install video of the skid plates which should be available soon.
  11. Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

yeah that’s pretty close. The 2” measurement is in a picture on my original post. It could be closer to 1 3/4” at second glance.
  12. Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

If I measure from the center of the front tire to the edge of the front flare it looks like 6 3/4 inches. If you need more specific measurements just take whatever measurements with the OEM flare and add 2 inches. The RC flares extend an additional 2 inches from the OEM ones.
  13. Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

    you bet. Hope it helps.
