I’m curious did it stop when you reached over and pressed on the door grab handle? Mine rattles but if I reach across the seat and put one finger against that door grip it stops.
Wanted to bump this as I'm guessing there hasn't been a workaround yet besides throwing it into manual. I'm guessing there won't be a way either. I love my 6th gen and the power but gotta be honest after 500 miles, the engine cutting on and off gets very old.
I hate bumping an old thread but I assumed it was better than starting a new one. Can these fit a 2026? Was curious if the part numbers were for the same for my 26 TRD ORP as the 25's.
No sorry for the confusion. The factory toyota dash cam(not in the original pic) is what I am wanting them to remove when they replace the windshield. The photo are the electronics and bracket behind the rearview mirror.
I'm gonna get them to take it out when they replace it. Million dollar question is when will the windshield come in. I'm hoping next week and get it installed. Hoping this isn't a month long adventure.
Update from dealership:
Part can't be replaced or fixed. I could "rig" it but there isn't a great solution due to how the tab is broke. It will require a brand new windshield. Not too happy right now but I'm gonna let the dealership replace it.
Question though, can they remove the factory...
