$12.5k seems to be reasonable for what's included, if just going by the sum of the individual component costs.
Although, the usefulness of 75% of that package remains to be seen. I guess Toyota is doing a good job of upselling the image.

“C” load range, King 2.5s (stock valving, mid settings on compression adjusters). Ride is firm, planted and controlled, but not jarring (imo). Drove some snowy washboard earlier today and it felt solid.
