Just installed a Black Friday purchase - OEM black cast aluminum running boards. I love the look, especially on an Underground 4Runner. They aren't as fancy as @Everybodyduck automatic running boards, but I'm excited about them. New car honeymoon is still going strong!

Looks great! I'm really drawn to these both for the looks, but also because they seem super grippy. I honestly don't mind the flimsy running boards on the ORP too much for now, but they get slippery quick. Also imagine these aluminum ones give some sort of protection, even if not true rock rails.

Got this on my wishlist! Next time they got deals going. Leaning towards minimal rock sliders or these.

Looks awesome on your setup.

Thanks. They are very grippy. The texture feels a lot like course sandpaper.

Thank you. I was the same as you. I liked them a lot, but waited for a Black Friday sale to get them. In my opinion, they are pretty pricey so getting 25% off was big for me.

I just threw these on my SR5 today.
I was stoked with the Black Friday deal. They bolt up super tight to the body. I was worried they were going to sit off a bit.

+1 to the grip... they are VERY grippy. I'm a bit worried someone is going to get their shin with them.

Congrats, man. Yeah, I like that there is no room that you can see through between the body and running boards. They look sweet. Yeah, it's not necessarily the shin for me, but the back of your calves if you are wearing shorts when getting out of the vehicle. We'll get used to them. Couldn't be happier with how they look.
