Fleet status

i know not many people know about looking at fleet status, but it gives a little insight to the build and production cycle of toyota.

here is a screenshot of some of the info you can get publicly

2nd pic you can see there is no info on the hybrids delivery windows

So does that mean if I my dealer received an early February allocation, and I'm the lucky buyer of that 4R, I should expect a June delivery? Gulp.

not exactly, this is fleet status which has a slower delivery window than consumer fulfillment. comsumer fulfillment is usually about 1/2 the timeframe or shorter of fleet status.

i was using it to give an idea of when maybe HV's might start shipments. all they show right now is non HV shipment dates.

once HV start shipping, there should be another line entry on the website for those

here is a good example, you can see that taco and tundra hybrids are listed separately than the non HV, where as the 4runner only shows non HV's

So this is for "Fleet Deliveries" NOT for individual order buyers?

yes, but consumers buy from fleet also. you can get deals you normally cant with consumer sales.

edit : also you can get deliveries that sometimes you cant always get via normal dealers sales since they supply differently via fleet than retail sales.

i dont see it as much anymore, but about 5-10 yrs ago people bought from fleet a lot more than now
