For anyone wondering what the TRAIL EDITION rock sliders from @Cali Raised LED would look like (and how to install) on a 2025 TRD ORP, here you go. I sold the factory running boards on FB Marketplace and installed these. They are the Trail Edition (not Step Edition) which are still on sale 15% off. I got the Kick-out option, powder coated.

They will contact you about the hardware needed - on the TRD ORP, only the front 2 holes on each side are threaded, the rest are not and require their "extra hardware" which is included in the price. However, note that they DID NOT include the 4 bolts or washers for the front 4 (2 each side) bolt holes. Save yourself a bunch of trips to the hardware store to figure this out - they did not provide this information. They are M10x1.25 bolts and M10 washers. They seem tight going in at first so there may be some threadlock or something at the start of the threads. It'll feel like its the wrong size at first, but 1 full turn with a wrench (can't do by fingers) it breaks through and threads in perfectly.
I did use spray undercoating on the frame where these mount just so there's some seal on the frame where road salt, etc may collect to prevent rusting as much as possible in these areas so I don't have to take these off again for maintenance. Even though I stuffed painters tape in the front bolt holes w/threads, maybe it's possible that some undercoating made its way into the first 2 threads causing the problem above.
These are SOLID installed using their recommendations and hardware. They work great as a step even though they're Trail Editions... just an inch or so higher than the factory running boards. Even with snow/ice on the ground, the powder coating seems to prevent slipping when using as a step, but I did get some grip tape if it becomes a problem.
