I'm not sure what the transmission is trying to learn? The only difference between each driver is how hard he/she steps on the gas. Isn't transmission shifting based just on speed? Then why does it matter how I or my grandma drives?

If they replaced with the same OEM pads, how do they know the same parts don't have excess metal?

What was the ambient temperature? Have you also tried a very light load to see if that triggers the fan?

It seems that the damage is pretty obvious? When you already paid for something that you're promised and it wasn't delivered, isn't that considered a damage? Same as ordering and paid for a pepperoni pizza but got a plain piece of dough with no pepperoni, no? ?

But this one failed prematurely and that may imply a design fault that an exact part with the same design won't fix. We'll see over some more time.
