Everything got pushed back a few months. First deliveries were originally supposed to be by end of this year, but now going to be February-March 2025.
The Youtubers / automotive press have only gotten to look at and sit in the 6th gen 4Runners, not drive them yet. The press drive event is now...
Finally some movement and info!! Thank you for sharing.
With 2025 4runner colors and options populating in the dealer system, it feels like we're gonna have some momentum soon. And with press drives in January and estimated March-April launch / start of deliveries, we're in the home stretch...
For those who prefer reading, here's a Chatgpt generated summary:
0:28 - Exploring the 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro, highlighting its turbocharged engine, coil spring suspension, and improved handling on rugged terrain.
1:05 - Discussing new features like electric power steering, stabilizer bar...
That looks so good... And in the best 6th gen 4Runner TRD Pro color (white Ice Cap), just like on the 2024 Tacoma.
I do worry tho how scratches and marks will show on the gloss black fender flares.
Considering we're looking at a March 2025 or later release date for the 6th gen 4Runner, none of us will be able to place an order / purchase before January 2025.
Did some searching on Tacoma4g and here were those dates:
November 23, 2023 -- First 2024 Tacoma reviews were posted
January 27, 2024 -- First reported customer delivery
So about 2 months from when first drive reviews were posted and delivery began for the new Tacoma.
