This post has to be a joke, right? More Noise?

Would like to hear from the OP. Opinions, comments, etc. So many dead or open-ended threads OR AI posted crap????
  3. Missing Thread - Mods and warranty impact

I see the original thread that appeared to be missing yesterday. No clue what the issue was but its resolved now.
  4. Missing Thread - Mods and warranty impact

Thanks. Very weird, I still cannot see it in the “newest’ list. Scrolling down that list, I see posts done in Sept. The thread in question was posted yesterday.
  5. Missing Thread - Mods and warranty impact

I saw a thread earlier today. Had good information in it in response to OP question. I cannot find it? Was it deleted because it exposed the risk of mods and warranty impact?
  6. Hood Protectors - 6th Gen 4 Runner

    Look at Husky.
  7. Voided warranties for mods?

No direct experience as I don’t modify my vehicles. However, I think the service manager is correct. Lets say you modify the suspension. Obviously they will not cover any issues on that unless it was a Toyota approved and installed mod. If not, no warranty on the suspension and any damage...
  8. Traded in modified SR5 build for Trailhunter.

I usually use this as a guide when trading a vehical with modifications. Note, in most cases, the loss is conciderably more. Take the cost of ALL mods and accesories left on the truck and take that value off the "normal" trade-in value. This means, by modifying, you'll lose the cost of the...
  9. Spacers 1-in vs 1.25-in vs. 1.5-in, etc

I have to ask why. Also, knowing your objective might get you better info.
  10. From 2025 Limited to 2026 TRD Pro - my experience

Thanks... I fully understand less presure means more absorbtion to a point. I was trying to understand if the TRD Pro's recommended presure was the 39-40 you stated. I googled up the Factory spec for TRD Pro wheels/tire combo. It is actually 33 PSI, the same as most models, if not all. So, you...
  11. From 2025 Limited to 2026 TRD Pro - my experience

OP stated they reduced the air pressure in the TRD Pro tires from 39 to 33 psi. What is the recommended pressure written on the sticker for that vehicle? Was it simply over inflated from the dealer or did you drop it 6-7 PSI for comfort?
  12. Rear sag with travel trailer

Agreed. I remember when I was young and stupid (not just old and stupid), I have a Jeep Wrangler. Plenty of power from the 4.0 6cyl. I had a small utility trailer and picked up a30-40 5gal drums of road seal to do my driveway. Of course, the place was 20 miles across town. Well, it had plenty of...
  13. Rear sag with travel trailer

Some great and informative information here. I have not seen the OP chime back in yet?
  14. Real World MPG by Owners (gas non-hybrid 4Runner) - Post Yours ⛽️

24.3 general city/town driving. 25-26 Highway. No mods and the awsome front air dam is doing its job.
  15. Rear sag with travel trailer

That is a lot of rig to tow for a year with a 4R. You would also be close to or at the limits.
  16. Yikes Why is the bilge pump running?

Wow, good find. Will listen or proactively pull out assuming they are designed to go back in and not break on removal.
  17. Rear sag with travel trailer

As asked, are you using a weight distribution hitch?
  18. Yikes Why is the bilge pump running?

I checked my door “plugs”. They are loose and seem more like a crude valve to let water escape but minimize crap getting in. Is having that much water ingress the door normal and should it not ha vented out on its own?
  19. Yikes Why is the bilge pump running?

I did not hear any audio on your embedded video. However, having that much water ingress on a door is ridiculous. I see you pulled out some plugs, should they have been removed prior to you buying or are you indicating we need to drain the doors manually? I will now go look at my door fram...
  20. Which drive mode do you prefer to drive in?

Interested what MPG your getting in "normal" mode?
