    I ended up disabling mine as well. When I was installing the lock on my bike rack / hitch, I would invariably move my hand under the sensor area and the tailgate would open, usually hitting me in the head :rolleyes:

    Should be standard on the premium. I have the ORP and mine has it. Sensor (never looked at it) was located to the right of the hitch
