I just wanted to post and say that I understand buying a vehicle thinking it will fit your needs, and then realizing a bit later that it's not really what you were hoping for. Sure people will say that's what test drives are for, but you can't always gauge all your needs and feelings from a...
I'd love a red interior in the underground exterior color like they do on the Pro, but on the TRD Offroad trim. But I think they are only doing red for the Pros unfortunately.
I mean for hard-core off road yeah they're different....but 95% of 4runner owners never touch offroads so they're still a good sporty alternative that can have some fun on easier trails. I've owned a 2007 4Runner when I lived in Arizona and want another one, but for what I'll use it for either...
I'd never do rocks or anything gnarly but I've gotten the Pilot to some pretty fun places that most cars couldn't go. That being said I'm not taking it to offroad parks either haha
I was talking about a Pilot Trailsport not the Passport haha I don't hate the new look, but I gotta say I can't stand the "Passport" name being stamped into the front bumper.
The interior looks just like my 23 Pilot Trailsport and I say the same...it's boring, and I don't have a smile on my face. I have had a fair amount of people look twice and comment on it though. The 4Runner, though, at least to me is miles above the others, and I don't even own one yet.
It only takes about 10 minutes to take off. Tons of 4Runners/Tacomas have taken them off. One thing that they notice though is a whistling sound after they take it off, so it's recommended to add a couple plugs in the holes that make the sound to make it go away.
If you find a solution for this please let us know. It's the only reason I'm not sold on a 6th gen yet. I was 100% going to get one when I saw they were available, but I also only want a TRD Offroad Premium, and I don't like the limited looks much so that's out.
This is not true. You always pay the tax based on the state where you are registering the vehicle.
There are a couple of caveats to that rule though:
- Most dealers will collect taxes for your state and send them in for you, but not all.
- Some dealers don't want to deal with the hassle of...
My wife and I have VERY different seating positions so we love memory seats and that leads us to the Premium. The rest of the upgrades will be a cherry on top.
$57,788 is what a regular ORP goes for. The Hybrid ORP goes for a couple thousand more. On a base build on Toyota's website, it shows the price of the Hybrid ORP starts at $57700, but then you make a base build and with destination it's closer to $60k.
Is this Cool Springs Toyota near Nashville? If so, that's about 30 minutes from me and their pricing has always been way too aggressive. I've never had a good interaction with a salesperson there. That being said, they are in an area where people will pay what they ask because there's a lot...
We have a 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport. We're 95% sure we're trading it for the new 4Runner. We love the Pilot, especially the 3rd row, but our favorite vehicle we've owned has always been a 2007 4Runner and always said we'd get a new one when it comes out. The 5% holding us back from trading...
I thought the Everest color wasn't going to be available in the TRD Sport. At least, can't build it in that color on Toyota's site.
Are we sure that's not Heritage Blue with a color filter?
