Ugh, that's no fun Raman. As the post above said, bigger mud flaps will help, but the paint is so soft and thin, the only thing that will really protect it is PPF. I've had mine for a year and just got some of then PPF replaced under warranty, as well as it was just chewed up in those sections...
Thanks so much Red Dog! Really appreciate it. What pressure are you running for day to day? I've read that around 33 psi is the best for ride comfort on the highway and around town. Is that what you're finding? Nice rig by the way!
Thanks for the added info! I had the Cooper Road + Trail A/Ts on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were the best tires I've been on. Was hoping they would come in a size for my Pro, but alas they don't...
I am looking for 275 70R 18 and would prefer not to have an E load, but there's not a...
Please keep us updated on the G3's. I have been thinking about them for my Pro and there's not a lot of real world feedback out there. Thanks in advance!
Hello. There are plenty of threads on here about that issue. It was happening in my Pro and I was able to get it fixed it at the dealer. Essentially, there are a lot of wires and connectors running through the vehicle and in the door, they weren't properly affixed and when the volume goes up...
I posted earlier on this thread, but thought I would again. 100% worth it for me. The black paint was so soft, it would scratch with barely any contact. The peace of mind of living in a harsh environment in NW Montana was and continues to be worth it. I drove through a sandstorm in WY earlier...
I have the ARK's front and back and I didn't drill any holes. I believe on the back flaps you are supposed to drill one hole, but I chose not to and they seem to be doing just fine.
I've replaced two windshields in 5 weeks and have had the car for a year. The first was destroyed driving through a windy sandstorm. Had it replaced through the Toyota windshield insurance. The second one took a stone in the corner 5 weeks later, and a crack spread half the length of width of...
I would think Toyota would fix under warranty, no? While I appreciate all of the other comments, part of the vehicle shouldn't be rusting that quickly and there are plenty of other threads that show rusting all over the vehicle within a short period of time... Let us know how it gets resolved!
Ahhh, that's right. I've tried to reach out to Jason and haven't heard back from him either. Must still be underwater. Mid's will be good! I might order a pair for the rear today as well. Have a good one!
You're welcome. Definitely try them out. I think ARK makes a great product and they seem to just blend into the truck, so they're not all that noticeable. Here's a couple of pics. Sorry they're so dirty!
Hey Chris. Just wanted to jump in here re: the ARK Mud Flaps. I have a Pro and without any flaps, the front tires kick back a ton of water, debris, etc. I have the mid's on the front now and I am thinking about maybe changing them to the next size up. I still get a significant amount of...
