I used to get a clunk when shifting from 1st to 2nd uphill. To eliminate this I now use manual shifting to stay longer in 1st, shift to 2nd later than auto would and turn back to auto shifting in 3rd.

I just added a CD player to my 2025 SR5, wanted to share in case anyone is interested in old tech. It is plug and play and works real well. Both 8" display shelf and Posspo Jupiter sourced on Ebay. Shelf needed a little trimming.
