  1. Door Seal Rubber Edge Trim - cheap mod to reduce wind / air noise

Same. Got them last week and installed a few minutes. Oddly, won't be driving the 4Runner until camping for 4th of July. Worst part is I'll be driving the truck/camper and she'll be driving the 4Runner...and she didn't even notice the air sound before. Hope it helps either way.
  2. Door Seal Rubber Edge Trim - cheap mod to reduce wind / air noise

Which length did you order? Or just order the truck length and trim to fit?
  3. TRD Pro/Trailhunter Heritage Grille Swap (Upper & Lower Grill) on SR5, with part numbers

I'm swapping my TRDORP grill for a TH grill this weekend. Just the upper and not relocating the camera. Any tips aside from watching the normal YouTube videos?
  4. Front License plate holder (no-drill options)?

Once I saw it wouldn't align by following the instructions, I tried every which way and couldn't get them to seat firmly enough to keep it from slipping off the grill. Glad you found a way to make it fit!
  5. Front License plate holder (no-drill options)?

Yes, they did let me return it. Fortunately Mishimoto is located about 10 miles from where I work. They made me pay return shipping but that was fair as I was the one risking the chance it might work on a 4Runner.
  6. Front License plate holder (no-drill options)?

Slow to update, but the Mishimoto mount listed for the Tacoma does NOT work on the grill of the Off Road Premium. I might try the one @donayre21 listed above.
  7. Redline Tuning Hood Struts Installed on 2026 ORP

Do they raise/limit your hood height to the same spot as the support rod does?
  8. Anyone have luck reaching out to ARK

Honestly I think the product is pretty sweet. Much better coverage of the frame gap which I think will limit the depositing of salty sand on top of the frame when we take it on the beach. I've just been frustrated over the lack of ability to contact them for the missing hardware. But Jason...
  9. Anyone have luck reaching out to ARK

:update: Jason just responded directly to me a few minutes ago and is taking care of it all first thing tomorrow morning.
  10. Anyone have luck reaching out to ARK

I recently purchased a full front/rear set of ARK splash guards. Upon opening the package I realized a large portion of the mounting hardware was missing. Since then I've sent them multiple messages via their "contact us" tab on the website, multiple voicemails, and even replies to the...
  11. Air Dam Removal - Did You or Not?

I cut the outer foot or so off each side then trimmed the center section to only about 1" tall and reinstalled it. I didn't like the way the plastic trim below the bumper in the center seemed loose when not bolted to anything and everything seems tighter when the center is bolted back on. Our...
  12. ARK rear splash guards for rear fender wells - installed photos

I started installing them on the 4runner this afternoon. During installation of the two rear sections it seemed like I was missing hardware. I know you start by pulling out the plastic OEM press-in clips over the threaded studs. Their video states you use their 10mm nuts to install over the...
  13. Front License plate holder (no-drill options)?

I just pulled the trigger on the Mishmoto mount - if it doesn't work out I'll give that one a try. Thanks for the link!
  14. Front License plate holder (no-drill options)?

Has anyone tried the Mishimoto bracket mentioned on page 1? The grills on the Tacoma look identical to mine but I don't know if I want to shell out $110 on the hope that it fits. My state doesn't require a front plate but the state parks do require a surf plate with annual sticker in order to...
  15. Air Dam Removal Issues w/ debris or wind getting into the components?

Personally not a fan of it on the 4Runner nor any other vehicle. If it was supposed to flow with the design aesthetically then they would've made the bottom of the bumper shaped that way. Instead it's purely an add on for fuel economy. Our tow rig has one for fuel economy and it pains me to...
  16. Air Dam Removal Issues w/ debris or wind getting into the components?

I to am interested in raising the height of the air dam. We hit the beach in the summer and don't want it dipping down and catching sand when in a rut at the dune crossings. What about resizing the air dam? Remove it, carefully trim about 2" of clearance (basically the lip) and then...
