Yes, the hood is a Seibon carbon fiber hood actually, and not a wrapped TRD Sport hood. Changed first post with this info and link.

Likely. Westcott has used their Preload Collar Lift Kit in all their builds so far. If they went with a new lift kit here, they would have mentioned it.
