  1. 2026 4Runner specs hopes/wants?

I just wish that, in Canada, we could get a SR5 with only 5 seats, a heated steering wheel and some color options. I don't understand the black, white or grey only options. And getting a heated steering requires to move up to the next model which is a 4k$ add-on. 7 seats on a basic model is also...
  2. 2026 4Runner specs hopes/wants?

Still no news on the 2026? Can't even find a 2025 to test drive where I live.
  3. Poll - Who thinks the air dam is hideous?

Fugly but at least it's supposed to be easy to remove.

@Tamer1122 congrats! Love the color
  5. Part time 4 wd

Good question from the OP. I was curious about the base 4WD of the 4Runner. I can confirm this. I used to drive my Jeep Wrangler in snow all the time in 4wd with 3 peak snow tires (General Grabber) with no issues. I could drive in deep snow without worrying. And if it's icey, it's not the tire...
  6. 2026 4Runner specs hopes/wants?

I hope they bring us some new options in Canada such as a SR5 with heated steering wheel and 5 seats only. Better color options for the SR5 would be nice. I'd take a price drop too but this will never happen :ROFLMAO::LOL:
  7. Are You a Cat Person or a Dog Person?

I love both but voted for cats as where I live at the moment, we can not have a dog. Here are Pistache & Amandine, my two rescued cats

@ShaneNTenn looking good! Thanks for the infos
  9. Canadian orders yet?

Base 1958 LC starts at 73k something but you gotta to add the close to 15% sales taxes (fed+prov) which gives the 84k'ish final price (in my screenshot) with all added other things such as destination and dealer's fees. At the rates they ask for financing them, it's quite a monthly payment...
  10. Canadian orders yet?

Oh man, I forgot that one. When they announced that LC, I thought the 1958 was pretty cool and did like the overall look with the round headlights. What a disappointment when I saw the price and only 3 color choices! I understand it's a Toyota but c'mon!
  11. Canadian orders yet?

Yep, well said. And a few minutes ago, I discovered through that group, that in the USA, you can get a SR5 with some nice colors that we don't have access. And at +65k$ canadian with local taxes for a base SR5 (Quebec prices from Toyota's site), this is not a cheap vehicle, we could have at...

@ShaneNTenn congrats! Love the color. In Canada, the SR5 is only available in no colors: black, grey or white! That red is pretty nice. Are these the stock wheels?
  13. Canadian orders yet?

For me it's the weird options decisions from Toyota Canada. If you look at the two cheapest offerings: SR5 = 7 seats only and no heated steering wheel and only white/black/grey as color choices! TRD Sport = 5 seats and heated steering wheel and some more colors. Why 7 seats on a SR5? And no...
  14. Car Care Nut Mechanic Reviews 2025 4Runner 6th gen

First half part is very interesting as he goes through the mechanical aspect of the 4Runner. Second half is very subjective as he gives is comments about the exterior and interior. At the end, he gives his impressions on the driving. I'd say the first part is very nice as this is something you...
  15. Anyone Else Seeing 2025 4Runners With Discounts Already?

Yep! 3 colors only for the SR5: white, grey, black! Aat least, the Sport adds that nice blue. Call me weird, I'd like a basic model: no screen, 6 on the floor with a clutch and even manual windows. I don't need gimmicks and gizmos. When I sat in a new 6th Gen 4Runner at a local auto...
  16. Anyone Else Seeing 2025 4Runners With Discounts Already?

I haven't looked at the LC configurator for US orders but I compared the 4Runner options USA vs Canada and up North, we have way less possibilities when building a 4Runner. Stupid example, 7 seats only and no heated steering wheel for a SR5 but 5 seats only and heated steering wheel for the TRD...
  17. Anyone Else Seeing 2025 4Runners With Discounts Already?

I am curious, how much are they asking for those modded 4Runner and LC? A base 1958 LC here in Canada starts at over 73k!
  18. Anyone Else Seeing 2025 4Runners With Discounts Already?

Totally agree. Here in Canada, a base SR5 is over 57k and top of the line hybrid Trailhunter goes over 87k$. That's with no other options Not cheap. And you have to add your provincial taxes over this and interest rates at 6.49%. That's a lot of money.
  19. Car Care Nut Mechanic Reviews 2025 4Runner 6th gen

Yep. Decided to wait a year just to let the dust come down. Anyway, I am in no hurry at the moment to get a new car. Is it me? ...but most of the YouTube videos have those cheesy vignettes... I usually don't watch but at least his video was informative. Thanks for sharing.
